1. Types of Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information Collected in Detail
You can quickly understand the purposes, methods, and scope of personal information collected by KuPoo through the following scenarios:

1.2 Personal Information We Collect
While you use our products and services, we may collect the following information:
- Account Information: When using our app, you may provide date of birth, gender, height, and weight. You may also optionally provide nickname, activity goal, step goal, or profile photo. Personal information is used to improve the accuracy of your profile and activity-related features. Data will be anonymized and encrypted.
- Location Information: Used for location-based services such as outdoor activity mode, weather display, or region selection. GPS will not be accessed without your consent.
- Device MAC & App Info: To improve product quality and user experience, we may collect connected device information (MAC, IMEI, sensor info, firmware version, app version, system version, IP, Android ID, network type, etc.) when you connect our devices. This info is used for firmware updates, app updates, watch face updates, language updates, and troubleshooting.
- Service Information: Includes reminders, activity records, call reminders (call status and contacts read but not stored), message notifications (temporarily stored on the device), and music control info (playback state, not stored).
- Log Information: Includes account creation/login, device pairing, device restarts, network usage, system errors/crashes/restarts/upgrades. Logs from the last 7 days are stored locally; older logs are deleted automatically. Logs are collected only when generated by app/device use.
- Visitor Information: Guests (unregistered users) can experience limited services. Personal data (nickname, gender, height, weight, date of birth, activity data) is stored locally and not uploaded.
- Software Installation List (Sensitive Info): For music features, installation lists may be collected and stored locally.
- Other Information: Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data not directly or indirectly linked to individuals.
1.3 Device Permission Access
KuPoo may request certain device permissions to provide services:

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide statistical analysis and improve performance using device IDs (IMEI/Android ID/Device ID/IDFA, SIM IMSI, OAID), app launch data, and error logs.
- Provide, maintain, improve, and develop our products/services, including after-sales support and device services.
- Communicate with you, send service notifications, and respond to inquiries.
- Store and maintain your information per service requirements or legal obligations.
- Offer limited services without server communication.
Non-personal data usage
Anonymous log and device info (error codes, Bluetooth logs, anonymized usage data) may be collected for error fixes, monitoring, and service optimization.
3. How We Share Your Information
Except with your consent, we will not sell your personal information to third parties. Explicit consent will be obtained before sharing any personal or sensitive data.
We may share your information in the following cases:
- Third-party devices/platforms: If you authorize sharing (steps, distance, height, weight, calories, and other activity summaries), data may be shared. Review third-party privacy policies.
- Service providers: For service monitoring, analysis, payment processing, or communication.
- Business partners: To provide certain products/services.
4. Security Measures
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information, including encryption, authentication tools, and secure servers. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security.
5. Data Transfer
KuPoo currently uses Alibaba Cloud servers. Local data is stored within local jurisdictions. With your consent, cross-border transfer may occur under applicable laws with appropriate protections.
6. Data Retention
Information may be stored as long as your account exists. Upon account deletion or removal request, data will be deleted or anonymized within 90 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data via "My > Personal Information" in the app. We will provide a free copy of your personal information collected and processed. Additional requests may incur reasonable fees.
- Correct any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold. You can directly correct your personal information in the app's "My > Personal Information".
- Object to certain processing of your personal information. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting KuPoo. Note that we may require necessary personal information to provide our services.
- Delete your personal information if there is no sufficient reason to continue processing. You can also delete or permanently anonymize data by deleting your account or clearing personal data.
- Request data portability in a structured, machine-readable format to you or a third party of your choice, where technically feasible. This right applies only to information you consented to use or that we collected for contract execution.
- Withdraw consent at any time (may affect service access). You can change the scope of authorization by deleting devices, disconnecting, restoring factory settings, clearing cloud data, disabling sync, or deleting your account.
- Delete your account via "My > Account Management > Delete Account" to clear all data associated with the account.
8. Privacy of Minors/Children
Our products/services target adults. Children under 13 should not create accounts without parental consent. If children's data is collected without consent, it will be deleted promptly.
9. Updates to Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Using our products after updates constitutes acceptance. Disagreeing requires stopping the use of our products/services.
